Jana Lehmann is the founder and managing Director of JLC – Jana Lehmann Consulting and a seasoned Customer Care Leader with over 25 years of experience in the Customer Service industry. Jana built, grew and managed large-scale in-house and outsourced Customer Service Operations in mature as well as emerging markets in Europe (EU), Middle East and North Africa (MENA) and Asia Pacific (APAC). She has over a decade of experience dedicated to Customer Service Outsourcing, in which she worked in 21 countries and lived in four.

"I am passionate about Customer Service. Serving Customers and Clients started as early as my first career steps when I graduated as a Hotel and Hospitality Manager.
